Delivery
After payment is confirmed, Matrain generally aims to ship in about three days and within ten days. If shipment cannot be made within ten days, Matrain will explain the reason and provide a specific expected date.
Initial defects, incorrect shipment and shipping damage
For a product sold directly by Matrain whose order can be verified, contact us within 30 days of delivery. After confirming the condition, we will arrange an exchange. If a replacement is unavailable, we will provide refund instructions. Do not return a product before receiving instructions.
Other faults and returns
